FW21

debut outerwear collection

“Genesis” is Taylor Marie’s debut outerwear collection that represents the Beginning. Each piece symbolically marks the unprecedented craftsmanship of speaking life into existence. Each day was marked as “good,” concluding with the seventh day with rest. This collection not only marks a new beginning for Taylor Marie, it revives our past and the humility of life today.

Each outerwear piece has its own nod to different eras in fashion. Noting how fashion can evolve over decades, yet the formation of this earth only took place in seven days. Experimental in textiles, details, and unique fabric selections, it represents the intentionality made by the Creator.

The story of Genesis is our foundation for understanding, therefore “Genesis” marks the new identity Taylor Marie will embrace and build upon.

And God saw that it was good.
